Completely. Every client business operates in its own isolated environment. Their employee data, training records, and certifications are never accessible to another client. This is enforced at the database level, not just the application layer.
CertyMax is designed to support regulated training environments. The platform generates timestamped training records, unique certificate IDs, and exportable audit reports that align with recordkeeping requirements under 49 CFR 172.704 and similar frameworks. You remain responsible for the accuracy and adequacy of your training content.
CertyMax tracks every certificate's expiration date and automatically sends reminders to employees and admins as the date approaches. When a cert expires, the employee is flagged and reassigned to the relevant curriculum for recertification. The entire loop is automated.
